• Q: When exactly does registration open?
  A: Registration opens on January 01, 2026. Be sure to sign up early to secure the early bird rate!
• Q: Are jump tickets included in the registration fee?
  A: No. Jump tickets are purchased separately at the Drop Zone (DZ).
• Q: What is included in the registration fee?
  A: The fee includes world-class coaching, Load Organizer (LO) support, event merchandise, and access to all seminars and ground and sky activities.
• Q: What documentation is required for check-in at the dropzone?
  A: Current Licence, Valid third party/civil responsibility insurance, Correctly completed and up-to-date logbook
  Equipment repack documentation, Declaration of the jumping participant, Confirmation of passing the Annual Safety Training for 2026 (the exam can be passed on the Skydive Warsaw website or you can present a document confirming passing the exam at any other dropzone) – concerns only skydivers from Poland

Since online verification can take few days, we highly recommend to complete this process in advance before arriving at the dropzone.

II. Requirements and Progression

• Q: What are the minimum experience requirements to participate?
  A: You must fly high-performance wingsuit. Be consistent and solid on wingsuit exits. Have a stable approach to the formation. Fly steadily in the slot. Control of the brake-off and parachute opening process.
• Q: Is there a limit on the number of participants?
  A: Yes, slots are strictly limited to 60 WS pilots to maintain the quality and safety of the organization.
• Q: Is the dress code mandatory?
  A: That is the joke, You simply need to pilot responsibly the wingsuit! `Ball Gown Big-Way` is the main event goal, but the focus is serious formations and progression. However, we highly encourage you to embrace the absurdity and join the "fun"!

III. Travel and Logistics

• Q: Where exactly is the event located?
  A: The event takes place at Skydive Warsaw / Airfield EPC Nasielsk, Poland (GPS: 52°34'26.4"N 20°52'18.9"E).
• Q: What accommodation options are available near the Drop Zone?
  A: Available options include dropzone "hostel" Hylton Chrcynno (approx. 16.5€ per night) and nearby for real lady divas is Hotel Nosselia. Check booking.com and airbnb.com
• Q:What about food during the event?
  A: The DZ has an on-site restaurant "Locked and Loaded" which offers full plate meals throughout the event.
• Q: What are the closest airports?
  A: Warsaw Modlin (WMI) is the closest (25 min drive). Warsaw Chopin (WAW) is about a 1-hour drive. We will create communication group to Make it easier to join transportation.
